Project Background
"Rapid Boat" Yuhu No. 1, with a total construction area of 950 square meters and an area of 20,000 square meters, is located in the new center of Chongqing on the banks of the Jialing River-the core area of the central business district of Lijia New District, next to Langshui The only low-density waterfront business district in Chongqing. The landscape design takes the "Langshui Xingzhou People" (client, Longhu Real Estate, Liangjiang New District) what they see, hear, and think and the "Chongqing Millennium Shipping Culture" as the design main line, depicting the first sights of Langshui Xingzhou people on the road to dream , Returning to Hong Kong, the journey of dreaming...
The entrance landscape design of the model area is based on the "boat", which points out the concept of the "speed boat" in the design of the entire model area
